I believe a huge percentage of the Bangaloreans knows what a Cake Fudge.It is the hot selling ice cream variant at one of the ice cream parlors. I'm cherishing this variety from last 10 years. Its made up of chocolate cake,two scoops of vanilla ice cream,pouring hot chocolate and finally garnish with roasted groundnuts.I too tried it with with my left out egg less chocolate cake(For the recipe of the cake please refer to my previous post).Instead of groundnuts i added chopped almonds.There is no particular recipe of this dish as i would call it a free flow one.
