Vegetable Hakka Noodles

This recipe do not need any introduction.It is everyone's favorite.Whenever I prepare this recipe,my husband tell me just one thing-"Please thoda zyada banana"(Please, do prepare extra!).And paneer chilly or chilli chicken is the perfect side dish.

Hakka Noodles-1 Packet
Finely chopped Vegetables(Cabbage,Capsicum,Carrot)-1 1/2 Cups
Thinly sliced onion-1/2 Cup
Green Onion-For Garnish
Finely Chopped Garlic-1 Tbsp
Chilly sauce-1-2 Tbsp
Soy sauce-1-2 Tbsp
Oyster sauce-1 Tbsp(Optional)
Vinegar-1 tsp
Salt and Pepper-As per taste

1.Boil the noodles as per packet instruction.Once its 80-90% cooked,drain the water and toss it with cold water and when all the water is drained,toss it with some oil.May be 1 tbsp.

2.Heat the wok.Make sure the wok or the kadhai is super hot.Now add 1 tbsp oil and then goes the minced garlic.Stir it for couple of seconds and then add the onions.Once onions are translucent,add the finely shredded vegetables.

3.When the veggies slightly softens,add all the sauces,vinegar,pepper and salt.Do not overcook the veggies.Let it be crunchy.

4.Add the noodles and mix well.Garnish with green onion leaves and serve.
