As the name suggest, this is indeed a very simple dish. The stuffed vegetables are very much liked by everyone now a days.Be it stuffed Karela, stuffed Bhindi, anything goes well.I prepared this on a Saturday afternoon when I invited my uncle and aunt for lunch. My uncle is purely vegetarian only on Saturdays.Although,I prepared many non vegetarian specials that day, there wasn't anything for him.Hence, decided to dedicate this one for him.Although, looks very simple,he really enjoyed.
