Potato Bun

I have prepared the plain dinner rolls(pav) several times and consider myself quite comfortable in baking those.Earlier when i started, I used to get scared in handling the yeast. It requires a lot of patience in fermenting the yeast. After several,(in fact i don't remember)failures i am finally somewhat comfortable in handling the yeast part now.Hence i tried this Potato Bun recipe. This one is my husband's as well as brother's favorite snack. When they had these the only remark that they gave was that I used the potato stuffing quite generously as the ones available in the local bakery shops hardly have potato inside!!!!
